Be a Kid Librarian!
For ages 8-12
 

For two weeks, you get to be the DSCL Kid Librarian.

  • Get a behind-the-scenes tour of the library
  • Create a display with books that YOU love and want people to check out!
  • Optional additional activities include:
    • Shelving books
    • Helping prepare or present a program (as available)
    • Writing or recording a book review for the library’s social media page

A new Kid Librarian will be drawn every two weeks starting September 9! If you want to apply, fill out a short form and drop it in the box on Ms. Olivia’s desk.

Discuss your favorite and least favorite reads with other book lovers, or join other writer’s in an open space to discuss your works and get feedback and ideas.
 
What to Know When Leaving Home

Senior Tech Pal is a group of volunteers from different tech companies, and they are here to offer their free services for you! This is a first come first serve 1-on-1 visit. You will be assigned the first available 30 minute slot during 1-3pm once you sign-in at the front desk.
